MFTE HOMES

At Koz we understand the need to provide affordable housing and are proud to be part of the Tacoma Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) program / PBS (THA) , which allows us to offer rent-restricted homes to individuals with low to moderate income. If your household income falls within the allowed income limits, you may be eligible for a Set-aside home. Applicants interested in renting MFTE/PBS homes are required to submit a standard rental application. Once that is completed, applicants would go through an income qualification process to determine eligibility for the program.
