MFTE HOMES

At Koz, we understand the importance of providing affordable housing and are proud to participate in the Tacoma Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program (PBS). Through this program, we are able to offer rent-restricted homes to individuals and households with low to moderate incomes.

Availability of these homes is limited, and they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis when they become available. 

Applicants interested in renting MFTE homes must first complete a standard rental application for units listed under the PBS layouts on our website. After submitting the application, applicants will go through an income qualification process to determine eligibility for the program.
